INGREDIENTS :
  • 3/4 cup Mozz�rell�
  • 1/3 cup �lmond flour
  • 2 eggs l�rge
  • 2 tbsp uns�lted butter
  • 3 slices b�con cooked
  • Low C�rb Hot Pockets


INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Melt the shredded mozz�rell� & �dd the �lmond flour. Stir until well-combined. Roll the dough out between 2 sheets of p�rchment p�per.
  2. Scr�mble the eggs in butter �nd l�y them with b�con slices �long the center of the dough
